环境工程专业就业情况好吗?
关于环工的就业及考研的思考：
前景很好，现状一般。只讨论应届就业不讨论科研。
本科就业是为了三年后面试读研的同学，本科读研是为了虐三年前就业的渣渣面试官。
从目前情况来看，读研找工作比本科有优势，但并不明显。设计院一般非研究生学历不要，我听过的研究生有去中海油的，但薪资水平一般，有去碧水源的，当然也有去了银行等其他行业的，也有不得已选择读博的，现在要在高校做个段销老师需要博士吧。
本科就业可选择范键虚围比较大。选择一个喜欢且适合的方向切入，不一定比读研差。
环评
带有一定的政治色彩，*要建设一个项目，环评不能拦路啊。但以后实行终身负责制，做过的项目要负责的，大家应该不愿意为了钱，迫于压力而去实施一个本不该通过的项目了吧。目前环评待遇还是比较好的，在环保行业也算高薪，前提有证在手，但据说环评是一个下坡路。本握亮游科毕业要5年才能考，硕士2年吧，刚毕业做环评可能比较苦。开始找实习的时候联系过一家做环评的公司，但因为时间上的原因也没去面试。
大气
环境工程专业本科期间主修水处理，我们学校大气只修大气污染控制工程一门课。大气方向纵使读研，找工作估计也是环保行业较坑的一个。大气方面可能做监测，设备，仪器比较多。
固废
前景应该很好。我们只有一门叫做固体废弃物处置工程的课，还是选修，无奈的是我还没选，跟某个课冲了。固废行业翘楚桑德环境（现启迪桑德），自己曾联系过，说可以给个机会去实习，去公司的什么研究院，处理数据，做环境政策之类的，但那时部门负责人不在，说要过段时间回来才去面试。快到时间的时候，问了一下，说有同事推荐了师弟去，瞬间无爱。翘楚啊。桑德现在引入互联网＋，做城市智慧环卫，且有清华启迪系大股东，在固废，水务，环卫等板块均有布局，以后发展应该会很好，中国环保行业中坚力量。
土壤修复
前景广阔。我无论选修，必修都没学过有一点关系的课，也不太清楚其他学校怎样。行业领军者高能环境，有在河北的某个专科院校做过校招。
水务
水十条，气十条，土十条，三个领域，水处理发展最为成熟。市政污水据说是饱和状态，工业废水前景较好。大多环保公司也是集中于这一领域，大公司，小公司各有特点。
知名度较高：
国企：北控，首创，中车环保，中环水务（中节能下属），
民企：启迪桑德，碧水源，创业环保，有些民企有国企注资
外企：威立雅，苏伊士
有关注过一些招聘启事，大都需要工作经验，应届生需要硕士学历。
小公司可能对学历要求低一点。
自己投过中信水务的简历，初试没过。
EHS
环境健康安全管理，目前外企比较重视。我知道的有两个人，本科毕业，好像都是环境科学，去了丰田做EHS，月薪8000。但如果环工毕业选择EHS即意味着与传统环保行业脱离关系，与环境科学，安全工程的也都是站在同一水平线上了，没有什么优势。且EHS中最重视的应该是safety.
我投过一家地产公司的EHS Summer Intern，新加坡企业，笔试都没过。笔试题目是类似行测，之前中信水务笔试也是这样。
其他
不在以上各篇中的环境工程本科毕业可以找的专业对口工作暂都归于此类。比如各种咨询公司，有去面过一个很小的公司，做能评，场地调查与风险评估，清洁生产审计，写报告。
还有一些做建筑施工设计的，会招环工，应该是做给排水。
一些生产性质的公司，可能有附属污水处理，也会招。见到过蓝月亮招环境工程专业。
以自己想法回应一下本科毕业是否要读研：我无志于科研，成绩平平，不能保研。如果可以保研，我必定会去读。
考研的话，花费精力去做自己并不是很喜欢的事情，被导师逼着发论文，三年不一定有什么好结果，找工作也没有很大优势。
家境一般，读研对家里也是有负担性，既如此，选定方向，更早进入自己喜欢的领域，在工作中学习，是最好的选择。
如果我家境不错，我愿意考研去再过三年大学生活，个人比较崇尚高学历。
关于是否要读研，多了解，多思考，答案就清楚了。
赘述一下个人情况，目前大三，环工本科，正在找实习，投了挺多简历，面试倒是不多，只面了两次，但没啥结果，也快要考试了，心累。环境工程本科专业对口好的工作就像是可遇不可求，目前自己是想做固废，水处理，或EHS方面的工作，其实也在犹豫，想如果自己可以拿到不同的offer，或许选择就会是自己最想要的了。
环保行业朝阳了好多年，现在该是其骄阳似火的时候了。
